Como: 32-year-old Moroccan repeatedly displays violent behavior, double complaint for resisting and assaulting a public official

The State Police has reported twice in two days for resisting and assaulting a public official and causing injuries, 32 year old Moroccan, with a police record for crimes against the person, drugs, property and violations of immigration law, of no fixed abode and with various aliases registered over time.

It all started on Thursday afternoon in Matteotti square, near the Como bus terminal, when a patrol car proceeded to check the 32-year-old Moroccan who was wandering around in an evident state of drunkenness, covered in blood from a wound to one eyebrow. The Moroccan's reaction to the request to show his documents was sudden and very violent, forcing the officers to work hard to contain the kicks, punches and spitting of the 32-year-old who, at the height of the fight, violently head-butted a patrol police officer, causing a swelling to his cheekbone, which was reported as healing in 5 days.

Once taken to the police station, the violence and the insulting attitude did not stop and his agitation reached its peak until he manifested a malore. From the police station he was immediately transported by 118 ambulance to the S. Anna hospital in San Fermo della Battaglia, where he was held, also for the very high alcohol level and significant traces of cocaine-type narcotic substance intake.

The next day the man was discharged from the hospital and returned to the Police Headquarters to prepare the documents for the complaint in a state of freedom for resistance, violence and injuries to a Public Official. Given his irregular state he was accompanied to the CPR in via Corelli in Milano. Preliminarily taken to S. Anna to undergo the required medical procedure, the 32-year-old he resumed violent behavior and became agitated inside the clinic, once again physically attacking the police officers.

The patrol officers managed to render him harmless and carry out all the necessary activities, up to his transfer to the CPR in Milano, with a new complaint against him at large for resisting and assaulting a public official.
