La Como State Police arrested two citizens Georgians, aged 31 and 47, for aggravated theft in competition. Both homeless and irregulars on the national territory, they arrived in Italy just two months ago. When taken to the police station, it was determined that both had been in Italy for a few weeks and that the 31-year-old had already been reported several times for similar crimes.
Verified theirregularities on the territory, the precedents and the gravity of the fact, the two Georgians were arrested after the complaint filed by the supermarket's owners. By order of the on-duty prosecutor, they were taken to the Como County Jail, waiting for very direct. Regardless of the outcome of the trial, the agents of theImmigration office are already working to define their administrative position, evaluating any measures resulting from the irregularity of the stay.
