Como, a small drug dealing ring dismantled: three young men arrested by the State Police.

La Como State Police, on the afternoon of October 9, 2025, has Two 23-year-olds and a 24-year-old from Prestino were arrested for drug production and trafficking., a neighborhood in the southwest of the city, all from Como and at least two of them with police records for similar violations.

It all started with a road check by a patrol car, which in the late afternoon in Prestino, stopped a young man who was found with a small amount of hashish. After the administrative seizure of the drugs and the subsequent investigations, they led the agents to understand that in the neighborhood there was a real organized traffic, starting from cultivation, to storage and sale.

In fact, shortly after, the patrol officers visited the house in Via Pozzi of one of the two 23 year olds, believed to be the cultivator of the drug, in whose house were found approximately 30 grams of marijuana ready to be sold and in a nearby grove, a real marijuana plantation, composed by 14 plants of various heights which reached up to 2 meters, protected by a homemade greenhouse. On a shelf, further 75 grams of drug ready to be packaged.

The police investigations did not stop at the mere discovery of the plants, subsequently two more house visits were made, 24enne resident in via Isonzo and to the friend 23enne resident in Via Varesina, they made sure that identify the warehouse worker and the person who was in charge of sales.

During the search of Via Isonzo at the home of the 24-year-old in charge of the custody of the drugs, the police seized 11 bags of drugs for a total of 5 grams and a quantity of approximately 4 grams of inflorescences ready to be bagged.

In the home of the second 23 year old in via Varesina, believed to be the one who was reselling the goods, the patrol car approximately one hectogram of hashish, 15 grams of resin of the same nature and just over a thousand euros in cash were found and seized, money deemed to be the proceeds of the sale.

All taken to the police station, the following emerged: each person's police records, the 23-year-old from Via Varesina, in addition to having a specific history of drug dealing, was on probation, his friend and peer from Via Pozzi instead had a traffic offence and finally the 24-year-old had been fined several times for possession of narcotics.

After the tasks and the verbalizations the three were arrested for production and trafficking of narcotic substances, having notified the public prosecutor on duty, ordered the trial to be held under the fast-track procedure, setting it for the morning of October 10th.
