A curious and singular episode occurred at theSant'Anna Hospital in San Fermo della Battaglia (CO), Where the Como State Police has sanctioned a 40-year-old Italian resident in Centro Valle Intelvi for illicit possession of narcotic substances. The agents of Fixed Police Station inside the hospital they noticed a strong pungent and characteristic odor of cannabis coming from a cigarette the man was smoking near the hospital bar.

When asked for clarification, the man showed a medical certificate in which a was indicated prescription for therapeutic use of cannabis, to be taken exclusively by vaporizer.
However, at the time of the check-up, the patient he was not using any vaporizer, but he smoked freely in the hospital bar, in violation of health and legal provisions.
