Once on site, the officers had a hard time containing the 30-year-old's anger. He was clearly agitated due to ongoing work-related misunderstandings with some colleagues. He began kicking and throwing objects (including ceramic plates), biting his colleagues, and even attacking one of the officers, punching him in the arm and pushing him forcefully.

The policemen, seeing that the 30-year-old's anger did not diminish, they intervened decisively in order to contain it, securing the man in the company car and taking him to the police station. Here, despite his continued anger, the necessary investigations were completed, finally, investigated at large for the crimes of personal injury, resisting a public official, and aggravating circumstances.

The incident required the intervention of medical personnel to check the man's condition as he had injuries to his hands caused by the broken plates he had thrown into the restaurant.
