Important anti-drug operation of the Como State Police, who was arrested in flagrante delicto yesterday afternoon two 33-year-old men, both of Moroccan nationality, irregular on Italian territory but domiciled respectively in Vigevano (PV) e Seveso (MB).
The two are held responsible for production, trafficking and illicit possession of narcotic substances, as part of a targeted service to combat cocaine dealing.
The agents of the Anti-drug section of the Flying Squad of Como police station they noticed the two men moving suspiciously on board a car between Grandate and LomazzoAfter careful observation and monitoring, the police have documented several "home" drug deliveries, with a modus operandi typical of on-call deliveries.
When the officers decided to intervene for the check, the two men showed themselves impatient and nervous. The personal and vehicle searches has allowed us to find several doses of cocaine already packaged in cellophane wrappers, ready for sale, in addition to 300 euros and 200 Swiss francs in cash, considered proceeds from drug dealing activities, since the two were found unemployed.
Accompanied in Police Headquarters in Como, it emerged that one of the two, domiciled in Seveso, was already subjected to precautionary measure of the obligation to report to the Judicial Police three times a week for previous drug-related and personal crimes. The other 33-year-old, residing in Vigevano, had instead previous drug convictions and one arrest for intentional homicide, confirming its social danger.
The two were arrested in flagrante delicto and, at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor of the Como Public Prosecutor's Office, held in the Police Headquarters safe rooms waiting for summary trial. In parallel, theImmigration Office of the Como Police Headquarters is evaluating their position on the national territory, in view of possible expulsion measures.
The arrest of the two drug dealers is part of a broader investigation prevention and fight against drug trafficking implemented by the Como police station, particularly in the areas most exposed to the phenomena of drug dealing on the street and at home. The coordinated and timely action of the agents demonstrates once again the constant commitment of the State Police in ensuring the safety of citizens and resolutely combating all forms of crime.
