In light of the evidence collected, the man was reported at large to the Como Public Prosecutor's Office for the crime of stolen, while his administrative position is now under scrutiny by theImmigration Office of the Police Headquarters, responsible for preparing a technical report for the possible issuing of an expulsion order.
