Como: 74-year-old reported for assault and domestic violence.

La Como State Police, yesterday afternoon, has reported while at liberty un 74 year old from Como, resident in the area between Como and Albate, on charges of beatings e private violence.

About 16:30a whirlpool bath, steering wheel was addressed in Black Water Street, near a elementary School, after one report to 112 NUE which indicated an assault on a woman.

Once on site, the cops they found waiting for them two women: a 37 year old of Albanian origins, resident in the area, and a 31 year old from Como, witness to the facts. The 37-year-old told the officers that she had been attacked by a man for traffic reasons, explaining that the woman who was with her had witnessed the entire scene.

From the story of the two witnesses, the officers reconstructed the dynamics of the episode: the 37-year-old had temporarily double parked to pick up her son after school. Upon returning to the car, she was insulted and hit with two slaps in the face from an elderly man who reportedly complained of not being able to exit the parking lot easily with your own car.

Thanks to license plate and descriptions provided, the police managed, within a few minutes, to track down the attacker, identifying it as a 74-year-old resident a few hundred meters from the scene of the incident.

Brought in Police Headquarters, the man attempted to justify one's actions, but then he admitted what happened. After complaint filed by the injured party, the 74-year-old was reported at liberty for assault and private violence.
