Como, a 20-year-old woman stabs her drunken father after an argument: arrested by State Police

At night, around midnight, the Como State Police intervened in via Gaius Pliny following a report to 112 of a stabbing. On site, a patrol of theUPGSP he found a man of of Ecuadorian origins, already rescued by 118 and transported to code yellow at the hospital in Varese.

According to initial information, the injury was caused by twenty-year-old daughter, an Italian citizen of Ecuadorian origins and resident in Como, who had left the scene of the attack with her boyfriend.

The reconstruction of the facts

According to the testimonies collected, shortly before the father and daughter had had an argument which degenerated into pushing and beatingDuring the argument, the young woman allegedly struck her father with a knife, knocking him to the ground, before walking away.

A witness, the 20 year old's boyfriend, reported that the episode was preceded by sexual comments which the 45-year-old, clearly intoxicated, allegedly directed at a friend of the couple. After the friend left to avoid trouble, the argument between father and daughter erupted, with the father allegedly starting to hit her with punches and slaps, throwing her to the ground. At that point, the girl reportedly reacted by stabbing him with a knife.

The arrest and seizure of the weapon

While the Scientific Police was carrying out the surveys, the Flying Squad officers tracked down the 20 year old around XNUMXam in via Cairoli, in Como, near the place where the knife was found.

The young woman has admitted his responsibility in wounding her father. She was then arrested for attempted murder and reported at liberty for carrying of weapons and objects capable of causing offence.

It is currently associated with the “Bassone” Prison in Como.
