The officers went to a panoramic area of the city centre, following a report from a 50-year-old woman resident in Bulgarograsso (CO), who called 112, alarmed by a cry for help from an acquaintance, a 64-year-old A resident of Como. Assuming that her acquaintance's ex-partner was there and might harm her, she alerted the police.

Once on site, The police immediately intercepted the 48-year-old man resident in Garbagnate (MI) as he left the home of his 60-year-old ex-partner, who was in a disturbed and trembling emotional state. The officers immediately arrested the man, who, realizing the situation, he returned the 64-year-old's cell phone, which he had stolen from her shortly before by forcefully yanking her.

The victim reported to the officers that the man had been ringing the doorbell incessantly since early morning, insulting and threatening her, and that when the 64-year-old woman did not respond, the man entered the apartment. passing through the balcony and smashing the window with his fists, surprising her while she was at home dragging her down the stairs to the front door where the man found himself facing the patrol officers who had promptly arrived on site.

Soon after, The police officers noticed the woman's car parked there with its windows smashed and its tires slashed, and duct tape applied to the door, actions the man had carried out shortly before breaking into the house.

The Forensic Police of the Como Police Headquarters then intervened and carried out surveys of the damaged car. Inside the man's car, they found a box cutter compatible with the damage to the tires and a roll of adhesive tape identical to that used on the woman's car.

Once at the Police Headquarters, during the investigations on the 48-year-old, other minor incidents emerged, as well as several police records and convictions for mistreatment against family members or cohabitants, for escape, for private violence and violation of domicile against the 48-year-old who He was arrested for stalking and robbery and charged with damage.

The Public Prosecutor on duty, promptly informed, ordered the man's transfer to the Bassone Prison, where he will be placed at the disposal of the Judicial Authorities.
