Como, 36-year-old man arrested for assaulting driver, passengers, and responding officers.
The Como State Police, on Tuesday 30 September, has arrested un 36enne Moroccan, Italian citizen residing in Como, for violence, threat e resistance a Public Official.
In fact, around 20.00pm on Tuesday 30 September, following a report of annoying person inside a bus, the patrol officers of the UPGSP of the Como Police Headquarters immediately went to Piazza Cavour, making contact with the applicant, as well as driver of the bus, who explained to them that he had been attacked from the foreigner who then began to to insult and attack others passengers.
The officers were immediately confronted violently by the man and had to immobilize him and transport him to the Police Headquarters to proceed with further investigations.
At the police station, the 36-year-old continued with his aggressive conduct attempting to damage the patrol car's security room; he has a criminal record for drunk driving, convictions for assault and resisting arrest, drug-related offences, and traffic violations.
The 36-year-old was then taken into custody arrest for crimes of violence, threats and resistance to a public official as well as reported in state di freedom for insult a Public Official, refusal to provide information on his own identity staff and administratively sanctioned for drunkenness. The PM was informed and a summary hearing was arranged yesterday morning, October 1st, at 11.30 am.
