Como: Resistance and violence towards a public official, 31-year-old reported
The Como State Police has a 31-year-old Swiss citizen reported at liberty for contempt, resistance and violence towards a public official, as well as for having refused to provide the authorities with his personal details, born in the United States, with no criminal record. A patrol car noticed the 31-year-old as he was walking with an uncertain step in front of the Como Police Headquarters, wanting to check his documents. In response and without reason, the 31-year-old not only refused to identify himself but also began to behave aggressively, offensively and violently towards the officers, using denigrating phrases and pushing them away from him.
Given the situation that had arisen, the officers did not take long to secure the 31-year-old in the service car and drive around the block, taking him to the police station, where the Swiss man continued his conduct until he was brought to more lenient behavior, being reported at liberty for the crimes he had committed.
