Como: 28-year-old man attacks train conductor and police officers; arrested

La Como State Police arrested this morning a 28enne for resistance, violence and threats to a public official and injuries, and reported him for insult e refusal to provide personal detailsThe officers intervened at the Como Camerlata Station after the reporting of a annoying man on a train stopped at the station.

According to the reconstruction, the conductor, during the ticket check, found the 28-year-old without a travel document and invited him to come down. The man reacted aggressively, insulting the train conductor and, at the sight of the police, he he cursed and physically attacked the officers, attempting to escape. During the fight, an officer injured his knee.

Immobilized and taken to the police station, the young man continued with a violent attitude, spitting and kicking to the officers. The investigations revealed that the same person had already been reported in December for having refused to provide their personal details.
