Como: 22-year-old man arrested for attacking neighbor with stick and damaging his vehicle.

On Saturday evening, the Como State Police arrested a 22-year-old man from Como, with a criminal record, for aggravated assault and criminal damage.

On Saturday evening a patrol car intervened in Via di Vittorio following a report of a dispute between neighbors, finding the victim, a 52-year-old man from Como, already receiving medical treatment in an ambulance.

The man told the police that having been attacked by his neighbor – present on site – with a stick and that the same would have damaged both the car and the motorcycle parked under the condominium.

The police, once they had summarised the facts, entrusted the 118 volunteers with the transport of the injured man to the hospital, while they took him to the police station the 22-year-old, where he was arrested for the injuries and reported for the damage.

The prosecutor on duty, informed of the arrest, scheduled his trial for the morning of September 22nd.
