Jesi: Tight controls, one person arrested and two reported at liberty

It is a 23-year-old, who was arrested in the act of the crimes of aggravated theft with snatching and resisting a public official. The bag was returned to its rightful owner. The Judge validated the arrest and the precautionary measure of the obligation to report to the judicial police was applied to the aforementioned person.

The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Unit have always a 43 year old reported, resident in Vallesina, caught with 22 grams of cocaine, a precision electronic scale and €1.500,00 in cash, and a 33-year-old, of foreign nationality, also resident in Vallesina, checked in Jesi, although subjected to the preventive measure of special surveillance with the obligation to reside in the municipality of residence.

The two defendants will have to answer, respectively, for the crimes of illicit possession of narcotic substances and violation of the obligations inherent to special surveillance..
