Ancona, 38-year-old Tunisian expelled for attempting to kill his brother in May 2023.
Saturday morning, the Carabinieri have tracked down in the center of Ancona a 38 year old Tunisian, already known to the police for crimes of rapina, personal injury, drug dealing e attempted murder.
A charge was pending against the man expulsion decree, issued by the Prefect of Ancona on 16 September, still not respected.
The 38 year old was already known for a attempted murder occurred in May 2023, when had stabbed the younger brother inside the family home. The victim, who had reported serious stab wounds, had been admitted urgently at the Torrette hospital, but fortunately she was discharged without permanent consequences. During the investigations, the Carabinieri had found the bloody knife on the roof of an adjacent building, where it had been thrown by the attacker.
Even though it was defended, declaring himself a stranger, the 38-year-old had been several times reported for violation of seals of the apartment, which had been subjected to seizure after the attack.
Saturday morning, after being taken to the barracks for the formalization of the deeds, the man was accompanied to the CPR of Bari-Palese Warehouse subsequent repatriation.
