The second person was instead arrested in Acqui Terme, when the Carabinieri, suspicious of frequent comings and goings from a house, set up observation services which allowed them to ascertain the drug dealing activity and, once inside in the apartment, to find cocaine, partly already divided into doses ready for sale, a precision scale and packaging material. The man, a 32enne, was arrested for possession for the purpose of dealing narcotic substances and was submitted by the Judicial Authority to the arrest.
