Casale Monferrato (Alessandria), thefts and robberies of prostitutes: a 28-year-old arrested.

The Carabinieri of Casale Monferrato they arrested a 28-year-old Moroccan man as a crime suspect, believed to be seriously suspected of having committed a robbery on a prostitute.

The investigation by the operational unit of Casale Monferrato, coordinated by the Vercelli Prosecutor's Office, made it possible to reconstruct the events that occurred on the night of February 2nd, when, after having agreed an appointment on the web for a sexual service, the Moroccan went at the transsexual woman's home and, threatening her with a knife, stole her bag containing her mobile phone, 370 euros in cash and personal effects.

The man is also considered to be seriously suspected of another theft and extortion which occurred on 10 February, again in Casale Monferrato and to the detriment of another transsexual woman. As in the previous circumstance, the 28-year-old had agreed on an appointment and, once he entered the victim's home, he stole her mobile phone, forcing her to pay a sum of money to have it returned.

Arrest

The arrested person, about to leave for Morocco on a flight from Malpensa on Sunday, was stopped by the Carabinieri in Casale Monferrato and taken to the prison in Vercelli at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
