The timing of the opening of Silvio Berlusconi's will is emerging with more precision and the key is the Fininvest meeting at the end of June.

The Knight's provisions on his assets should be read by the notary – according to rumors – Monday 26 June, two weeks after the disappearance of the former prime minister.

It's not a random date because three days later, for Thursday 29 June, the ordinary meeting of the parent company Fininvest is called with the approval of the budget and the renewal of the board of directors on the agenda.

If the will actually opened three days earlier, at that point the meeting of the partners (the five children) could be the immediate opportunity to implement the founder's last wishes relating to the family safe. The notary should be Arrigo Roveda of the Rlcd studio of Milano, historical professional reference of the group and the family.

Il perimeter of the assets intended for heirs and other possible beneficiaries indicated by Berlusconi, it is quite large: villas, boats, works of art, personal investments. But the heart is the division of the parent company's shares (Silvio had 61% while to date the rest is divided equally among the five children) which however could be included in a consolidation of assets. There are no certainties, nothing leaked out.

Since the Knight does not have a spouse, he has the right to dispose of approximately one third of his assets while two thirds go to his children. According to a rough calculation the assets at stake should be around 4 billion.

It is possible that in the meantime a series of expert both on companies and on other assets. This is the case of Dragonsweet, the real estate leader who owns the most prestigious villas (Arcore, the Certosa in Sardinia etc.), but also other properties registered directly to the former leader of Forza Italia or works of art.

The properties, according to some unofficial estimates, could have a total value of 650-700 million. 61% of Fininvest, based on the parent company's net assets, can be estimated at 3 billion. With the "extras" you can easily reach 4 billion.

Monday 26 June could be the day when the cards of the highly anticipated Berlusconi legacy are revealed. And we will know, among other things, whether the Cavaliere also left instructions on Marta Fascina and Forza Italia.
