Brescia, renovation of the former clinic in the Badia village

Brescia, The renovation work on the former clinic in the Badia village in Traversa Quarta has been completed, whose executive project was approved by the municipal council on 8 July. The work, which began on September 16th, ended on October 16th.
The internal spaces have been divided in a more functional way and the electrical and plumbing and heating systems have been redeveloped and brought up to standard.
In particular, an office/meeting room was created, which can be divided if necessary using movable walls, in such a way as to create a waiting atrium. An independent office was also created, equipped with a private entrance at the back of the building and a cloakroom/storage room. A toilet has also been built, equipped with an anteroom, which can also be used by disabled people.
Finally, a new shop window was created with an entrance from the Traversa Quarta and the windows on the rear façade were replaced. The electrical and hydro-thermal sanitary systems will be adapted to the new internal distribution and current legislation.
Lastly, the furnishings and movable walls were purchased.
The total project cost amounted to 71.500 euros, financed with a mortgage. The final total amount of the intervention (including furnishings) is equal to 50.300 euros.
