Vercelli: five precautionary measures for drug dealing.

La State Police of Vercelli, at the disposal of Public Prosecutor's Office of Vercelli, executed a five precautionary measures towards subjects seriously suspected of the crime of possession and dealing of narcotic substances.

The operation was conducted by the staff of the Flying Squad and Police Headquarters of Vercelli, with the contribution of operators of the Mobile Teams from neighboring provinces, As well as of special and canine units of the State PoliceThe precautionary measures were carried out in the municipalities of Borgo Vercelli, Casale Monferrato e Pontestura.

Le Flying Squad investigations they began in May 2024, following thearrest in flagrante delicto, in the Vercelli area, of a man found in possession of numerous doses of cocaineFrom that episode a complex investigative activity aimed at the reconstruction of the entire criminal activity chain.

During the investigation, the investigative activity first allowed us to arrest two other individuals in flagrante delicto and seize a total of over 10 kilograms of cocaine, to then gradually rise to the entire distribution network, which had its own operational base in the municipality of Casale Monferrato (AL).

I five recipients of precautionary measures they all were traced at their respective homes. Three of them were associates at the Vercelli Prison, while for two other subjects the Judicial Authority has ordered, respectively, the obligation to reside in the municipality of residence e the obligation to report daily to the Judicial Police.

During the searches, carried out at all properties of the subjects receiving the measures and three other individuals under investigation at large, the State Police proceeded with several seizures. In particular, one individual was found and seized 60 grams of hashish e scales for weighing narcotic substances.

The following was seized from another individual involved: sum of 10.100 euros in cash. Furthermore, inside one of the searched houses, the following were found and seized: 7.440 euros in cash e three luxury watches from the Rolex brand.
