Last Tuesday the State Police he traced in the province of Brescia and taken to prison a foreign citizen recipient of an order of pre-trial detention in prison, issued byVenetian Judicial Authority, in aggravation of a previous precautionary measure of removal from the family home and prohibition from approaching the injured parties.
In fact, the man, in addition to having violated the imposed prescriptions, in the last few days would have ex-wife's house set on fire, then moving away from Venetian territory, making himself untraceable.
For these reasons, the Judicial Authority has ordered the worsening of the measure against him, ordering the arrest of the man.
The investigation activity, directed by Public Prosecutor's Office of Venice and delegated to the Flying Squad of the local Police Headquarters, thanks also to the support of personnel from the Local Police and State Police Station of Mestre, has allowed the investigation to reconstruct the movements of the suspect, leading the investigators to a small village in the lower Brescia area, where last Tuesday, at the end of a coordinated action between the men of the Venice Mobile Squad, with the operational support of the counterpart Brescia office, has been carried outaggravation order.
