Venice, 15 Mandatory Expulsion Orders Issued
The targeted and widespread checks by the Venice State Police continue non-stop throughout the metropolitan city, aimed at combating illegality and removing from the territory individuals considered dangerous or with criminal records.
In the context of these activities, in recent days, the Police Chief of Venice has ordered, on the proposal of the Anti-Crime Police Division, 15 Mandatory Expulsion Notices issued by the Municipality of Venice against the same number of individuals resident or domiciled in other provinces who have been identified for criminal behavior and for various indicators of dangerousness manifested in this Territory.
The results achieved therefore confirm the importance that the State Police and the Police Chief of Venice place in an assiduous control activity throughout the territory, in order to prevent the commission of crimes thanks to careful monitoring of the streets and to track down those individuals who, in light of their behavior, can be considered socially dangerous and constitute a threat to the safety of citizens.
The State Police of Venice, thanks to the constant activity of the police officers of the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Police Headquarters, has continued to increase the number of the aforementioned measures, arriving at issuing, from January to November of the current year, 252 Mandatory Via sheets.
