Vicenza: Persecutes family members with persistent requests for money and threats, arrested by the State Police.

The Police Flying Squad tracked him down in Vicenza and arrested him in execution of a custodial order issued by the Judicial Authority following various episodes of threats and aggression against his family members to obtain money from them.

HB, a 23-year-old of Bosnian origin, had spontaneously moved away from his family living in Vicenza a few months ago and had unfortunately become close to the environments of urban decay and some drug dealers.

He had thus begun to insistently request money from his family members (probably to purchase drugs), showing up at their home without warning, often drunk or in any case under the influence of narcotics, even during the night hours, damaging the entrance gate, the doors and furnishings, going so far as to use offensive objects such as knives or scissors during arguments.

Episodes never reached more serious consequences, thanks to the containment implemented by the family members themselves who managed to remove the young man several times.

During the investigations it emerged that on one occasion one of his brothers suffered injuries from stab wounds (already healed).

Following the complaints filed at the Police Headquarters by the father (in January 2024) and the mother (in June 2024), the Public Prosecutor's Office initiated all the necessary investigations which were promptly developed by the UPGSP Staff of the Police Headquarters, acquiring all the necessary information from the people able to report, to confirm the facts.

Following the aforementioned in-depth investigation, the Judicial Authority ordered his precautionary custody in prison.

He was then tracked down in Vicenza, in the West area, and immediately arrested by the Flying Squad Agents of the Police Headquarters who took him to the Vicenza Prison, where he remains at the disposal of the Judicial Authorities.
