Busto Arsizio (Varese), serial thief stopped following a check: 50-year-old reported

Monday 8 July a State Police patrol of the State Police Commissariat of Busto Arsizio, passing through via Duca d'Aosta, intercepted and proceeded to identify a 50 year old Italian citizen recognized, based on investigations carried out in the previous days, which perpetrator of two thefts committed respectively on 6 July at the train station to the detriment of a state railway employee a from whom the purse containing some cash and the ATM card had been stolen, subsequently used improperly, and the 7th July in via Mameli, against an employee of a public establishment whose Xiaomi brand mobile phone had been stolen.

- Agents of the Flying Squad, on the occasion of his arrest the following day, 8th July, they managed to recover and return the stolen goods to their legitimate owners. Reported on the loose, he was subsequently subjected to another check-up on 9 July, Where he was found in possession of two PCs portable, a watch, and some costume jewellery.

Following the investigations carried out by the Agents confirmed the illicit origin of the valuable objects and traced them to their legitimate owners, the community “Mother Help of Christians Daughters” located in Busto Arsizio, to which they were returned.

At the end of the activity the man was again reported at large for theft.
