Trapani: execution of 4 precautionary measures for robbery, theft and improper use of credit cards.

The Carabinieri of the Trapani Company have executed an application order of precautionary measure, issued by the Court of Trapani, against 4 subjects from Trapani (3 men aged 25, 34 and 53 and a 37-year-old woman, all burdened by police records) for the crimes of robbery in a home, theft and improper use of credit and payment cards.
The investigation, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Trapani and started following the complaint for robbery suffered last October by a 48-year-old local man, allowed to acquire serious evidence of guilt against the four suspects, documenting that:
– the 37 year old and the 34 year old (the latter with his face partially covered and armed with a knife) allegedly first committed a robbery in a house, stealing the victim's cell phone and wallet containing cash (approximately €200) and two prepaid cards with which they allegedly made purchases in commercial establishments in Trapani in the following days (for the amount of approximately €200);
– the 34 year old, after a few days, he allegedly attempted to commit another robbery in a house (always by means of a knife threat) and stole a car parked on a public road in Trapani. During the same period, in collaboration with the 25-year-old and the 53-year-old, he allegedly entered a bakery in Custonaci, stealing household appliances and foodstuffs.
At the conclusion of the activity and on the basis of the elements that emerged, the 34-year-old was transferred to the prison of Trapani, the 37-year-old was placed under house arrest (with an electronic bracelet) and the other two were subjected to a ban on residing in the respective municipalities of Trapani and Erice, with the prohibition of leaving their homes during the night hours.
