The 59-year-old, currently subjected to the precautionary measure of house arrest with an electronic device, apparently left his home arbitrarily and without reason. During the first inspection by the military, the man pointed out a malfunction in the electronic device which was immediately reported to the company for repair. After about 20 minutes, the Carabinieri returned to the house, this time not finding the 59-year-old who apparently took advantage of the malfunction of the bracelet and the previous check to escape. After a few minutes, he was found aboard his microcar a few meters from home while smoking a cigarette.
He was arrested by the Carabinieri who, following the validation hearing, subjected him again to house arrest as ordered by the Judge.
