Partanna: Brawl with cutting weapons, 3 people reported

The Carabinieri of the Partanna Station have three people were reported (two Mazara residents aged 40 and 20 and a 26-year-old foreign national) for the crimes of brawling, aggravated personal injury and illegal possession of weapons or objects capable of causing offence. The events, dating back to last November, are said to have occurred in the Santa Ninfa area near a bakery where the 40-year-old from Mazara del Vallo had reported being the victim of an attack with a knife by two young men who had caused him a wound to the head (judged curable with a prognosis of 15 days by healthcare personnel).

The investigation by the Carabinieri, thanks also to the viewing of video surveillance images of the area and the testimonies collected, has allowed them to reconstruct the incident and identify the participants in the brawl in which the 40-year-old complainant himself and the other two young people were involved and which arose, for trivial reasons, outside the commercial activity.
