Trapani: checks intensified over the weekend, six people reported.

I Carabinieri of the Trapani Company They performed a series of road traffic controls, denouncing six people for various crimes.

The services put in place, within the framework of the directives established by the Provincial Committee for Public Order and Safety chaired by Prefect of Trapani, were carried out along the main arteries of the city, also in view of the expected turnout for the Carnival celebrations.

The complaints concerned:

• An 18 year old from Erice, caught on board a moped found stolen (stolen);
• A 61 year old from Salemi, found in possession of two knives of forbidden kind, without justifiable reason (illegal possession of weapons or objects capable of causing offence);
• A 40 year old from San Vito Lo Capo, stopped while driving with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit (driving while intoxicated);
• A 42 year old from Valderice, result positive for narcotics after toxicological tests in hospital (driving under the influence of psychophysical alteration due to drug use);
• A 21 year old, stopped while driving a car without a license ever obtained and repeat offender in the two-year period (driving without a license);
• A 37 year old from Trapani, subjected to arrest, found outside your home during the checks (evasion).
