Trapani: he robbed tourists and withdrew money from ATMs, 41-year-old reported by the Carabinieri

The Carabinieri of the Trapani station have reported for aggravated theft and improper use of payment cards a Trapani native born in 1983.

The 41-year-old would be the responsible for at least 6 separate thefts scored last summer near the San Giuliano beach on the Dante Alighieri seafront to foreign and Italian tourists on holiday in Trapani.

After having taken possession of the victims' personal effects and wallets, the man allegedly managed to make withdrawals and payments from credit cards for a few thousand euros.
