Sassari at the cinema for the environment: a journey through biodiversity and sustainability.
The review continues “Sustainability in Autumn”, the initiative desired and conceived by the Municipality of Sassari, Environment and Public Green sector, to involve the population in building a more aware community oriented towards a sustainable future.
Within the program, “Al cinema per l’ambiente” will bring to the big screen stories inspired by environmental protection and biodiversity. On November 29th and December 6th, two screenings will be held at the Cityplex Moderno to raise awareness among different audiences: in the afternoon, through cartoons, the language of cinema will help children understand the importance of nature and biodiversity. In the evening, the programs will be for adults, with films that explore environmental issues and their impact on communities.
On November 29th, at 16pm, “Happy Feet: An animated adventure that celebrates the beauty of nature and the value of diversity.” to 21 "Tomorrow": a documentary that explores concrete and innovative solutions to address environmental and climate challenges.
December 6th at 16pm “Happy Feet 2: The Sequel” which continues to tell the story of the bond between extraordinary creatures and their habitat. At 21 pm “Food for Profit” a reflection on the relationship between food production, sustainability and the future of the planet.

The “Sustainability in Autumn” review represents an opportunity to reflect, discuss and act, enhancing the fundamental role of local communities in promoting an environmentally friendly development model.
