Over 30 million from the Region to relaunch Sardinian artisan businesses.

The guidelines of the new regional call for proposals have been approved: contributions of up to 300 thousand euros for those who have invested in the last two years. The main trade associations have been involved.

Approved, in the last session of the regional council, on the proposal of the councillor for tourism, crafts and trade, Franco Cuccureddu, the guidelines for the call for proposals, worth over 30 million euros, to support investments by artisan businesses. In particular, 30 million were allocated for capital expenditure and 550 thousand euros for the interest portion.

They will be able to benefit from a contribution of up to 300 thousand euros, artisan businesses that have made investments in the last 24 months. The contribution may not exceed 40% of the expenses incurred and eligible.

The amount is particularly significant and significantly higher than the calls for tenders from the Region in favor of the artisan sector published in recent years, leading to an estimate of about a thousand applications. The development of the new directives arises from the comparison started with the most representative trade associations: Confartigianato, CNA, CLAAAI and Casartigiani. 

"It is a truly significant support for the artisan sector – says councilor Franco Cuccureddu – which supports companies that have invested in the modernization or expansion of their businesses, will probably be the last retroactive intervention, for the future, in agreement with artisan businesses, we will work on bands oriented to evaluate projects, which also allow support to new businesses”.
