Rovigo: Teatro Sociale. Another success for Teatroragazzi with the show “A lei la parola… signora campana”
A beautiful and original show that captured the attention of all the children present. “Over to you… Mrs. Campana“, this is the title of the play for children that was staged on Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 January at the Teatro Sociale in Rovigo.
An Educational proposal created with the extraordinary participation of the MUVEC, Veneto Bell Museum of Montegalda (Vicenza).
Protagonist Chiara Dona, director of the museum, who revealed the whole history of the bell, starting from the origins, up to the deepest meaning of its social mandate, trying to involve the little ones present, together with Erika Vicari, in a sort of laboratory to touch the bell and listen to its sounds.
The narration brought the first-person thought of the bell in several places. During the monologue, sonorizations with bells and percussions from around the world were inserted.
The young participants were completely satisfied and did not spare compliments and enthusiastic comments, also asking many questions about the musical instruments that Erika Vicari played live.
This new show confirms the value and importance of the Children's theatre, a project that the administration believes in, as underlined by theCouncilor for Culture Erika De Luca.
"Theatre is not just a show but also an educational experience, especially for young people.
Thanks to Teatroragazzi, children and young people can get closer to art, understand what happens behind the scenes, how a show is created and interact, becoming protagonists themselves. It is a project we believe in a lot, we thank all our supporters, in particular the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo".
Great satisfaction also from Erika Vikari who commented on the experience as follows: “The two days of 'A lei la Parola… Signora Campana' were full of emotions and beauty! The beauty of the place so alive, cared for and welcoming to feel at home! The beauty of the faces of the people involved in this experience.
It was two days of pure joy, an experience to be included under the heading 'unforgettable'! Thanks to all of Teatro Sociale for reminding us of the meaning of art and music, of our work, of our existence".
