The man, a 55 year old Roman, homeless and already burdened by criminal records for crimes against property and the person, was stopped by the State Police.

The police officers were responsible for reconstructing the episodes from which unequivocal serious evidence of his guilt emerged. Capitoline Mobile Squad, who, together with the policemen of the Romanina police station, during an investigation coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office, have traced, point by point, the profile of his serial unlawful conduct.

With ease and unscrupulousness, distorting tattoos that could have framed him as hallmark, he entered a different supermarket each time, but always insisted on the same area, and threatened the cashiers, forcing them to hand over the money.

To intimidate them, he pointed a gun at them. gun, later found to be a replica without the red cap, similar to those issued to law enforcement and easily modifiable to become a functioning firearm.

Once the robbery was completed, finally, to evade the investigations, he hid theweapon and scooter with which he moved and he fled on public transport.

Finally, the investigators' reconstruction is confirmed by the positive outcome of the search of his apartment, where the same items of clothing that the man was wearing in the various episodes for which he is currently under investigation were found.

The alleged accomplice also ended up in handcuffs, 34 year old Roman found in possession of 40 grams of hashish.
