7 men, aged between 50 and 60, were arrested for possession and distribution of large quantities of child pornography. One of the suspects was even found in possession of over 150.000 files, collected and catalogued for over 10 years.

Following a complex investigation, the State Police of the Lazio Cyber Security Operations Center arrested 7 men, residents of Rome and its province, for possession and dissemination of a large quantity of child pornography.
The suspects, all male and aged between 50 and 60, were unsuspected men: workers, IT technicians at a well-known hospital, an employee of a banking institution in the capital, a volunteer at a family home and a former condominium administrator. The latter, in particular, was in possession of over 150.000 files, collected and catalogued for over 10 years.
The investigation, also conducted undercover by Postal Police officers, allowed us to trace the IP addresses, locating the devices containing child pornography material. At the time of the execution of the computer search orders, the devices were turned on and the 7 arrested men were caught red-handed.
