With the help of a trusted collaborator, he had started a thriving narcotics trade with a home delivery service.
As a young man “entrepreneur” of the sector, the 21 year old Roman, every morning, he met his “ at homebusiness partner", a 44 year old Roman, imparting orders and instructions for same-day deliveries. The investigators, in fact, during targeted investigations combating the phenomenon of drug dealing, they had noticed and "kept an eye on" it for a few days already "the delivery man” wander around the area on board a Dacia Sandero and spend a few minutes with some alleged clients.
Thus, following targeted observation and stakeout services, the police have surprised the 2 partners "live" just when, during the morning “briefing”, the 21-year-old pusher placed the drugs in the car used for the delivery a golden pouch containing the drug to be delivered door to door.
At that point the agents launched a blitz, promptly blocking the 21enne and his accomplice. When the policemen checked the clutch they found different doses of cocaine and crack intended to same day delivery.
The immediate subsequent findings then confirmed to the police what they had suspected.
Within the Dacia – as emerged from the search – hooked up under the seats, 2 metal boxes with magnets tied with adhesive tape, containing 30 grams of cocaine, already divided into envelopes.
The same "contraption” had been used to hide other doses of cocaine in the other parked car, owned by the 21-year-old.
The house search of his apartment then allowed the discovery of bedroom, hidden under the mattress, others 180 doses of cocaine for a total of 180 grams.
At the end of the investigations, the 21-year-old arrested for possession and dealing of narcotics. Having validated the actions of the State Police, the judge ordered the 21-year-old to be released precautionary measure of house arrest.
