The State Police officers, following the report of a fight between father and son, intervened and, once on site, found a young man in front of the entrance gate who, very agitated, was shouting and asking for money. After identifying him, the police contacted the father of the boy as well as victim of violence, which he reported having been attacked by his 32-year-old son because he refused to give him money and that such incidents had been happening frequently since the boy had run away from the community.
The extortion demands and the young man's violent nature were confirmed by some members of his family. The man was arrested because he was seriously suspected of the crimes of attempted aggravated extortion and personal injury and was taken to prison; the Judge, after validating the arrest, ordered him to remain in the District Prison pending the immediate trial.
I am instead two people arrested in the context of the incessant activity aimed at contrasting and preventing of the phenomenon of drug dealing. Specifically, in two separate operations, a 27enne found in possession of approximately 1 kg of hashish and a 21enne found in possession of approximately 300 grams of hashish, including a block of narcotic substance packaged with a writing reproducing a famous chocolate brand. In both cases, the arrests were validated.
Finally, the officers arrested a 23enne, following the Report of burglary in apartment. The police officers, arriving on the scene, found him on the landing with burglary tools. When they managed to block him and put him in the company car, the man he immediately reacted by pushing them they try, in vain, to disappear.
Further investigations subsequently carried out by the agents then allowed them to ascertain that the man, in collaboration with others, had attempted to occupy the apartment and, furthermore, an expulsion issued by the Prefect of Rome emerged against him. The young man he was arrested for the crime of illegal re-entry into the National Territory and resisting a Public Official as well as reported for the crimes of invasion of buildings and carrying objects suitable for burglary.
