They were around 22pm last night when one Flying squad of the Rome Police Headquarters he intercepted, in via Palmiro Togliatti a Toyota Aygo who, at the sight of the officers, has reversed the direction of travel to avoid a possible check.
The driver's escape was short-lived: another crew, sent to the scene, managed to stop the vehicle in via Ostuni and to block the driver, a foreign citizen.
Attempted encirclement and police operation
A few moments after the arrest, approximately 20 Guests, all of non-EU origin, have surrounded the agents, managing to facilitate the escape of the arrested person.
