A behavior that would have reached such levels as to force a woman to abandon her home, owned by him, in an attempt to escape a situation that had become unsustainable.

The complaints and the reconstructed circumstantial evidence

The circumstantial evidence against the man is based on numerous complaints filed by condominium owners, On concordant statements from multiple witnesses, as well as on the repeated interventions of the police forces over the months.
