The fugitive, following the judicial investigation called "Panic” conducted by investigators of the State Police, coordinated by DDA of the Public Prosecutor's Office Florence, had been definitively sentenced by the Court of Cassation to 8 years in prison, for the crime of manufacture, detention e explosive device port, as it is held responsible for theattack on the “Il Bargello” bookstore – attributable to the far-right movement “Casapound” – committed in Florence on the night of 1 January 2017, following which a State Police bomb disposal expert reported very serious injuries in the attempt to defuse the device placed on site.

Evening has been associated with the Rebibbia district house for the expiation of a total residual sentence equal to 5 years, 6 months and 1 day of imprisonment (considering the subtraction of the period suffered in execution of the precautionary custody) for the crimes of illegal carrying of weapons, very serious personal injuries e damage.

The delivery procedures involved the personnel of the Service for the International Police Cooperationand Central Directorate of Prevention Policeand Digos of Florence and Polaria of Fiumicino.

Vespertino had been arrested by the Spanish National Police at 03.00 on February 15th, at Vallecas (Madrid), district of the city centre of the Spanish capital.
