Rome: Precautionary measures for 11 suspects accused of torture, kidnapping, and extortion.

The Carabinieri of the Rome Trastevere Company they executed two application orders of precautionary measures, issued by the GIP of the Court of Rome and the Juvenile Court, at the request of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate and the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office. Subsequent investigative acquisitions would have brought to light significant elements on two episodes of torture and kidnapping, which occurred in January 2025: the victims were reportedly taken from their homes and taken to a garage in the neighborhood Massimina, where they would have been tied up, blindfolded and subjected to acts of brutal violence, including shots with bars and the use of boiling water, reporting serious injuries.
