Anti-drug operations in eastern Rome: 8 arrests between Quarticciolo and Centocelle thanks to checks, observations, and reports.

Structured drug dealing centers have been dismantled: from 24-hour shifts to mobile depots. The State Police intercepted pushers, wholesalers, and an unsuspecting four-wheeled hub.

Anti-drug operations in eastern Rome: 8 arrests between Quarticciolo and Centocelle thanks to checks, observations, and YouPol reports.

An operational strategy based on control of the territory, observation activities e reports via the YouPol app allowed the State Police to carry out eight arrests between Quarticciolo e Centocelle, two particularly sensitive areas in eastern Rome. The interventions dismantled multiple levels of the drug dealing chain, from small-time dealers to alleged wholesalers, revealing complex and structured organizational models.

Via Palmiro Togliatti: drug dealing hub with 24-hour rotation

The first intervention took place in via Palmiro Togliatti, where the agents of the Flying Section they identified a group composed of three young Tunisians and an Egyptian, organized according to the typical layout of drug dealing squares: division into pairs, distinct roles and continuous rotation 24 hours a day.

Two acted as lookouts and routers, engaged in controlling the flow and sorting of customers; the other two took care of the cocaine supply, with fast deliveries and constant attention to road movements.

The escape attempt, anticipated by an alert launched among accomplices, did not prevent the officers from block and arrest them.

A short distance away, again during an intervention by the Flying Squad, a man was also stopped nineteen-year-old Tunisian, found in possession of packaged hashish and cocaine for retail sales. He is accused of detention for the purposes of trafficking.

The bulk of the network: 2 kg of drugs seized from a forty-year-old Roman man

In parallel, the investigators of the V Prenestino District they focused on a forty-year-old Roman, suspected of acting as a wholesaler in the area.

Continuous observation and the reconstruction of his movements allowed us to intercept him near his home.

La search of the apartment and the adjacent cellar revealed a real warehouse intended for sale: a hiding place containing approximately 2 kg of narcotics between hashish and cocaine. A seizure that confirms the high level of illicit activity managed by this man.

Centocelle: Drug store with mobile storage thanks to a simple small car

The latest arrest took place in Centocelle, always by the V District. A reporting via YouPol triggered an investigative activity that led to the discovery of an unsuspected mobile storage, obtained from a common small car.

It was managed by two non-EU men who alternated in the roles of lookouts and transferee.

The drugs were stored in the car parked nearby, used as a mobile warehouse to avoid the direct holding of large quantities and at the same time ensure an immediate reserve for sale. After monitoring the movements, the agents intervened and blocked them with 50 grams of hashish.

For all the operations described, the Prosecutor of the Republic of Rome requested and obtained from the Judge the validation of arrests, confirming the solidity of the elements collected by the investigators.
