The Carabinieri of the Bagheria Company, as part of the constant prevention and combating of widespread illegality services, have arrested 4 people in the last 10 days, incisively highlighting the daily control activity of the territory, implemented by the Carabinieri as an essential contribution to the safety and serenity of citizens.
The soldiers of the Santa Flavia station have a 19-year-old man arrested, from Palermo, already known to the police, held responsible for attempted aggravated robbery. In fact, during a territorial control service at night, a patrol noticed the alleged thief intent on steal a parked car near via Meli in the municipality of Flava. The young man was therefore immediately blocked by the Carabinieri, who also found him in possession of various burglary tools which were in turn seized by the military. The arrest of the 19-year-old was validated by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Termini Imerese Court who ordered the application of the measure of compulsory residence in the Municipality of Palermo.
In another circumstance, the Carabinieri of the Santa Flavia station have a 32-year-old arrested in flagrante delicto, of the place, already known to the police, accused of failure to comply with the provisions issued by the Judicial Authority. During a check, the military found a malfunction of the electronic bracelet applied to the suspect which, according to what was outlined, would have been attributable to some cuts that the latter had presumably made on the device in an attempt to escape the control of the police.
Another arrest was carried out by the Carabinieri of the Casteldaccia station who stopped a 42-year-old local man, already known to the police, held responsible for resistance to a public official. Specifically, the man allegedly threatened and pushed the soldiers following an intervention aimed at place his partner and their minor children in a protected community, all following the complaint formalized by the woman against the suspect for the alleged charges mistreatment suffered. The arrest of the 42-year-old was validated by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Termini Imerese Court who ordered him to be transferred to the “Burrafato” prison.
Finally, the soldiers of the Ficarazzi Station carried out an order remand in prison issued by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Palermo, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, against a 44-year-old local man, accused of escape. The arrest arises from an aggravated measure requested against the suspect, already subjected to house arrest, following the repeated violations of the restrictive measure that were highlighted by the Carabinieri. The 44-year-old was transferred to the Termini Imerese prison.
