Porta Capuana: caught selling drugs, 35-year-old arrested.

The State Police arrested a 35-year-old from Battipaglia with a criminal record, including specific ones, for illegal possession and sale of narcotics.
In particular, the officers of the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station, during the services arranged for this purpose, while passing through Piazza Capuana, noticed the defendant who, in exchange for a banknote, gave a package to two people who then hastily walked away.

The police officers, who promptly intervened to interrupt the criminal process, reached and stopped the suspect, finding him in possession of 3 packages of crack and 55 euros, divided into banknotes of various denominations, clear proceeds of the criminal activity; while the two buyers were found in possession of one package of crack, respectively.

For this reason, the latter were administratively sanctioned for illicit possession of narcotic substances for personal use.
