The intervention made it possible to ascertain illegal construction works being defined. which aimed at the complete transformation of public housing, making it autonomous and providing it with a courtyard of approximately 200 mXNUMX on an area removed from public land. The Carabinieri during the execution of the ordinance of precautionary custody noticed the ongoing construction activities and they have therefore requested the intervention of the specialist department of the Local Police in construction matters. This intervention has led to the preventive seizure of the entire property for violations of building regulations and the penal code, including unauthorized invasion and distortion of the state of places owned by the Municipality of Naples.
