Giugliano in Campania: Mallardo clan, Carabinieri execute 4 precautionary measures

The Carabinieri of the Giugliano Company carried out a precautionary custody order in prison issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples, at the request of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, against four people seriously accused, to varying degrees, of the crimes of mafia-type association as well as of attempted extortion aggravated by the mafia method and the aim of facilitating the Camorra organisation called Mallard clan, operating in the territory of Giugliano in Campania and surrounding areas.

In particular, the extortionate conduct would have been carried out to the detriment of entrepreneurs to allow them to continue carrying out their work activities.
