The man will have to serve a sentence of 2 years, 4 months and 15 days in prison for property crimes committed in Naples in 2023.

Naples: he will have to serve over 2 years in prison and attacks the officers during the control, a 41-year-old Neapolitan arrested.

The State Police arrested a 41-year-old Neapolitan in execution of a provision for the determination of concurrent sentences as well as for personal injury and resisting a Public Official; the same was also reported for unjustified possession of altered keys or lock picks.

In particular, the officers of the General Prevention and Public Aid Office, during the territorial control service, while passing through via Emilio Scaglione, checked two people on board a car whose driver, at the sight of the officers, immediately showed himself intolerant to the control; in those moments, the same began to throw tantrums until he was stopped after a fight.

From the investigations carried out below, the police officers ascertained that the defendant was the recipient of the above-mentioned provision, issued last June by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples - Criminal Enforcement Office - according to which, he will have to serve a sentence of 2 years, 4 months and 15 days of imprisonment for crimes against property, committed in Naples in 2023.
Finally, inside the vehicle, the operators found, in the glove compartment, several tools suitable for burglary.
