The investigations, carried out by the Carabinieri of Cercola under the coordination of the Ordinary Prosecutor's Office of Naples, began following a police check that took place in the Caravita district of Cercola in February 2024, when the military found a dose of cocaine in the possession of an individual, which from the evidence collected resulted in it having been purchased shortly before by the suspectThe same circumstance was ascertained in two other occasions of drug dealing, in which the military personnel of the Arma, after having identified some buyers, managed to demonstrate that the criminal action could be traced back to the same individual.
