Naples: on board a stolen scooter they try to evade control, the State Police arrests a subject and reports a 15-year-old.

The State Police arrested a 25-year-old Romanian with a criminal record for resisting a public official and receiving stolen goods.

In particular, the Falcons of the Flying Squad, during the services arranged for this purpose, noticed, on Strada dell'Anticaglia, a motorcycle with two people on board who, at the sight of the operators, tried to elude them by fleeing but were chased and, shortly after, stopped.

Therefore, the driver was arrested, while the passenger, identified as a 15-year-old Georgian, was reported to the Judicial Authorities for the same crimes.

From the investigations carried out below, the operators ascertained that the scooter on which they were travelling was stolen; therefore, it was returned to its rightful owner.
