Two rival criminal organizations operating in Pomigliano d'Arco have been dismantled. The charges range from mafia association to drug trafficking, including extortion and attempted murder.

By delegation of the District Attorney of Naples, the Carabinieri of the Investigative Unit of the Castello di Cisterna Group they performed aprecautionary order issued by GIP of the Court of Naples, at the request of District Anti-Mafia Directorate (DDA).
The measures and the accusations
The operation led to the arrest of 27 Guests, Of which 23 held in prison custody e 4 under house arrest. The suspects are seriously suspected for a number of crimes, including:
Mafia association
Attempted extortion and extortion
Possession and carrying of weapons
Intimidation with the use of weapons
Arson and attempted murder
Prescription
Drug trafficking and dealing
Improper access to communication devices by inmates
Robbery, usury and kidnapping

A fight for control of the territory
